The Shawano Airport Commission is undertaking a user survey as part of an Airport Layout Plan/Master Strategic Plan update, ultimately necessary to obtain future Federal and State funding at the Airport. Such funding has been critical in the recent $2.3 million runway/taxiway refurbishment and the 2019 new terminal construction project as well as many prior projects. Input from the users of the Airport as well as those businesses with a vested interest in the future success of the Airport for access by customers, suppliers, owners, investors or others with potential to benefit the business community, is vital to the success of the survey and related input. We encourage all user of the Airport to participate, and to do so as soon as possible.
