The Shawano Municipal Airport is responsible for operating a safe, secure, sustainable and community compatible general aviation airport.  The airport is operated in compliance with all Federal, State and local requirements and guidelines.  The Airport Commission and Airport Manager oversee all facets of the Airport operations including: enforcing curfew and noise regulations; administering all airport leases, fees and user charges; acting as liaison with the City of Shawano and Shawano County; and maintaining the runway, taxiways, tie down areas and Airport buildings.
